Build AI Skills That Stay in Your Business
Hands-on workshops on the automation and AI tools most relevant to your business — Make, n8n, Zapier, Claude, and more. Tailored to your team, your workflows, and your sector. When we leave, your team can run these tools confidently — no ongoing dependency on us.
Who This Is For
Training works best for teams who want to own their AI capabilities rather than outsource them indefinitely.
Teams who want to use automation and AI tools confidently without calling in a consultant every time
Businesses that have completed an AI Audit and want to build capability before or alongside implementation
Operations managers, PMs, or founders who want to understand the tools hands-on, not just in theory
Teams already using AI tools inconsistently or ineffectively, who want a structured foundation
Businesses planning an implementation who want their team ready to manage it after handover

What We Cover
Every session is scoped to your team’s level and goals. We don’t run a standard course — we build the session around the specific tools and workflows that matter to your business. Most sessions cover some combination of the following.
Workflow Automation
Building automation workflows from scratch, connecting your apps, handling errors, scheduling, and monitoring. We teach the platform most relevant to your setup using examples from your actual business, not textbook demos.
AI & Prompt Engineering
Writing effective prompts for your specific use cases and building repeatable AI workflows for drafting, summarising, classifying, and extracting information. We use whichever AI model fits your needs best.
Automation + AI Combined
Where the real power is. Building end-to-end workflows that use automation platforms to move data and AI models to process it, make decisions, and take actions — all without writing code.
How a Session Works
Pre-Workshop Scoping Call (15 min)
We learn which tools you use, your team’s current skill level, and which processes you most want to automate. This shapes the entire session.
Session Design
We build the workshop around your workflows, not generic examples. Your team practises on scenarios that are immediately useful when they get back to their desks.
Live Workshop (half-day or full-day)
Hands-on throughout. No death by PowerPoint. Your team builds real automations during the session, not just watches demos.
Materials & Templates Delivered
Prompt library, automation templates, and reference guides land in your inbox the same day.
30-Day Follow-Up Call
Once your team has had time to apply what they learned, we reconvene to answer questions and unstick anything that’s not working as expected.
Scope & Format
- Half-day or full-day format, up to 8 participants
- In-person (Dublin) or remote
- 1-to-1 intensive sessions also available
- Follow-up sessions available
Many teams run an initial session and a follow-up 4–6 weeks later. Ask about package options on the discovery call.
What This Is Not
Not a generic “Introduction to AI” overview. We don’t cover what AI is or why it matters. Your team probably already knows. We focus on building real skills with specific tools.
Not theory-heavy. Every exercise uses examples from your business. We aim for your team to leave with something working, not just a new understanding of concepts.
Not a dependency-builder. The goal is your team’s independence. We build in ways that are maintainable without us.
Not one-size-fits-all. A hospitality team and a construction firm need different examples, different vocabulary, different workflows. We tailor every session accordingly.
Common Questions
What skill level does our team need?
None. We pitch every session to the team’s actual starting point. Whether your team has never used an automation tool before or has been dabbling for months, we scope accordingly.
How many people can attend?
Group sessions work best with 4–8 participants — large enough to learn from each other, small enough for everyone to get hands-on time. We also offer 1-to-1 intensive sessions for founders or leads who want to go deeper faster.
Is it available remotely?
Yes. Sessions work equally well in-person or via video call. For remote sessions, participants need a laptop and a free account on whichever platform we’re covering. We handle everything else.
Can we do a follow-up session later?
Absolutely. Many clients run an initial session and then a follow-up 4–6 weeks later once their team has had time to practise. A second session typically goes much deeper because the foundations are already in place.
Do we need to have done an AI Audit first?
No, though it helps. If you’ve done an Audit, we can tailor the training directly to the opportunities it identified. If not, we use the pre-workshop scoping call to identify what’s most relevant to your business.
The Full Picture
Training sits alongside our Audit and Implementation services. Here’s how they fit together.
AI Audit
A structured assessment of your workflows to identify where AI can make a measurable difference. Written report with prioritised next steps.
Implementation
We build the solution. Fixed price, defined scope, 2–4 weeks. Handed over with full documentation and staff training.
Free Discovery Call
Not sure where to start? A 20-minute call is enough to work out the right service for your team right now.
