Do I need to replace any of my current software?
Almost never. The whole point of workflow automation is to connect the tools you already pay for — your inbox, CRM, spreadsheets, accounting package, booking system — so they pass information between each other automatically. We build around your stack, not against it.
Is this no-code automation or custom development?
Whichever fits the job. Many workflows are best handled on a no-code platform like Make or Zapier, which is fast to build and easy to maintain. When a workflow is high-volume, sensitive, or needs logic those platforms can’t express, we write a custom build. We recommend the cheaper, simpler option whenever it will do the work.
Where does AI actually add value in an automation?
AI is useful where a step needs judgement rather than a fixed rule — classifying an incoming email, extracting details from an invoice or PDF, drafting a first-pass reply, or summarising a document. The rest of the workflow stays as plain, predictable automation. We only add AI where it earns its place.
